ImmoCheckout

ImmoCheckout is a SaaS provider that uses process management (BPMN & CMMN) to partially automate and simplify the sale and rental of real estate. The software combines property, media and process management as well as its own CMS and CRM in a single solution to make the entire sales process more efficient.  In this project I was responsible for the UX and UI of the software. My goal was to make the highly complex system structure as clear and intuitive as possible for the users. I worked closely with the development team and the CTO and went far beyond pure design work. Together with the two founders, I developed innovative features with a strong focus on design thinking. Methods such as user personas, user stories, what-how-why and worst possible idea served as creative tools to constantly find and validate new solutions.  This combination of user-centred design and agile innovation has resulted in software that is not only functional, but also easy to use and clearly structured.
