wob group

The wob group is a real estate SME from Munich that sells apartments to investors and rents student apartments to young professionals. I developed the web design for their new homepage in cooperation with a web design agency, which was responsible for the implementation in the CMS Weblication.  The focus was on explaining the wob group's product to potential customers in an understandable way and at the same time building trust. It was less about direct sales and more about a targeted approach that motivates interested parties to take the first step and get in touch.  The brief was also to create a young, modern and fresh brand for a property project in Munich - including logo, print and digital design. The result: a well thought-out, consistent image that is not only visually convincing, but also emphasises the values of the wob group and promotes long-term customer trust.
