wob group
wob group is a Munich based real estate SME, which sells apartments to investors and rents student-apartments to young professionals. I created a webdesign for their homepage in cooperation with a webdesign agency, which was responsible for the implementation of the design in the CMS called Weblication.
The goal was to create a website, which explains the (pretty niche) product of the company to new customers and feels trustworthy whilst browsing the pages. The main focus was not to sell the product in the first place, but to build trust and get the client to take the first step and contact the firm.
The mission was to create a new brand for a real estate project based in munich including logo, print and digital designs. The design should convey a young, modern and fresh impression.
